Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed in 5-7 days upon receipt.

Please note: All timelines mentioned above refer to dispatch timelines. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner.

Shipping Process

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners from our warehouse in Mumbai.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

No, once an order is placed we are unable to change the address. However, please reach out to us & we will see if it is possible.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we will request for a return and any return shipping address will have to be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, we can request a return of the shipment to our warehouse.
Please note: In such cases, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from info@drapetodrip.com.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through our logistics partner’s website.

Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at info@drapetodrip.com.
We’ll work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
